Jeff Konkle

Director of Construction

Jeff Konkle serves as Agreeā€™s Director of Construction. He brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry including operations, budgeting, estimating, pre-construction and construction management activities.

Mr. Konkle is responsible for all construction activities for the Company including: project feasibility, scheduling, estimating, budget development, as well as project management & oversight. Prior to joining the Company, Jeff was employed at Clark Construction, serving as Project Director for over a decade.

Mr. Konkle holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University. He is certified LEED AP, USACE Quality Control, and is a member of International Council Shopping Centers.

Jeff and his wife, Denise, have been married for over 30 years. They have two sons, Brian and Kevin. Jeff enjoys metal and woodworking, tinkering, golf, hunting and fishing.
