  • Agree provides total compensation that is both fair and competitive.
  • The primary purpose of our compensation program is to achieve our business objectives by attracting, retaining, and motivating talented team members by providing incentives and economic security.
  • Financial compensation includes three components:
    • Salary – team members are paid salaries commensurate with their position and experience.
    • Cash Bonuses – annual cash bonuses are determined by measures of individual, team, and corporate performance.
    • Equity Participation – we award all team members long-term equity compensation based on corporate and individual performance.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

All team members are evaluated against the Company’s Core Values and a set of Core Competencies, selected from Korn Ferry’s widely recognized competency framework. These competencies—Drives Results, Action Oriented, Business Insight, Communicates Effectively, Collaborates, and Being Resilient—reflect key behavioral and leadership traits linked to high performance and are tailored to each employee’s role and level. Each employee sets quarterly, one-year, and three-year goals, which are integrated into their personal operating strategy and discussed during quarterly and annual reviews. This structured approach provides a clear feedback loop and fosters continuous development, while also ensuring alignment with Company objectives.

TRAINING

ADC University supports Agree Realty employees by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

The Company offers ongoing training opportunities, including Lunch-and-Learn sessions covering topics such as sustainability, professional development, and communication skills. Team members complete approximately three hours of compliance training per year.

Development opportunities extend beyond formal training and include cross-training, horizontal mobility, and job-shadowing experiences.

All team members are required to complete compliance training programs, including Code of Conduct, Insider Trading, Data Privacy & Information Security, ESG, and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption. Agree maintains a 100% completion rate for these programs.

CULTURE COMMITTEE

The Company believes that our culture drives our performance. Agree has a transparent and collaborative culture focused on high performance and committed team members that adhere to our Core Values and work together to achieve success.

We take a proactive approach to employee engagement and onboarding to ensure every team member feels supported early and often. New employees participate in in‑person check‑ins within their first two weeks and again at approximately 60 days to discuss their experience and integration into the team. In addition, all team members complete an engagement survey at their one‑year work anniversary and annually thereafter. This survey provides employees with an opportunity to reflect on the prior year and offer feedback on how the Company can better support their growth, development, and career goals. Follow‑up conversations are held as appropriate based on survey feedback. As of May 2026, over 90% of employees surveyed within the last year indicated they would recommend Agree Realty as a great place to work.

Team members also have quarterly and annual reviews where they can discuss career planning, recent victories, and opportunities for improvement with their team leaders. All team members get together for a monthly All-Team Huddle where we share progress on goals and recognize achievements.

The Culture Committee is comprised of team members from across the organization. The Committee’s mission is to create community through camaraderie. The Culture Committee drives many initiatives to foster employee engagement and inclusion, including:

  • Team Lunch Program
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • Charity Drives & Volunteering
  • Fitness Classes
  • Mental Health Awareness Month
  • Team Events & Holiday Celebrations
  • Yoga Classes
